About CGM beads and pricing

My aim at CGM beads is to provide you with a wide selection of crystal, glass and metal beads, along with the findings, stringing materials, wire and tools for you to create beautiful jewellery. To provide a wide range of items, some items may only be available in a small quantity.

I have tried to price items as low as possible for everyone whether they are ordering a small amount or larger. The exception being some items where a saving is made by ordering a 100pkt instead of a 10pkt (this is just saving on packaging). Therefore there are no further discounts given on the prices listed on the website.

All prices are in Australian Dollars and for Australian customers include the 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). For customers logged in from outside Australia prices exclude GST.

Privacy Policy

Any details you provide will not be shared with any other organisation, unless required by law.  Credit card payments are made through Paypal, so no details will be kept by us at CGM beads.

Registration

Registration is not required to browse CGM beads.  You will need to register to place an order.  (see Privacy Policy above)

How to Order

Online - use our shopping cart. Enter the quantity you wish to purchase next to any items displayed on the current page and then click the 'add to cart button' and all items selected will be added to your shopping cart. You can remove items and change the quantity at any time. If you have registered, if you exit your shopping cart will be saved. 

Offline - NOT available. 

Payment

Online - pay be credit card (visa, mastercard, bankcard) through Paypal's secure website (you don't need to register or have an account with Paypal to pay by credit card) or Direct Deposit/Transfer to a Heritage Building Society account(payment required within 5 working days - please contact me if other arrangements need to be made).

Offline - choose the bank cheque option on checkout. Attach your bank cheque (made payable to CGM beads) to a copy of your order and mail to: CGM beads, PO Box 3613, VICTORIA POINT WEST QLD 4165. Please allow a few extra days for processing.

Returns

We make every effort to pack goods securely to ensure they arrive at your home in good condition. Should you receive an item that is damaged or faulty please contact me through the Contact Us page immediately so we can arrange an exchange or refund. If you can attach a clear photo of the damaged item/s it would speed up the process.

Catalogue setup

The catalogue is organised in the following categories: Beads - Glass, Beads - Metal, & Beads - Swarovski Crystal, Findings - Base Metal, Findings - Sterling Silver, Chain, Stringing Materials, etc.

Each section is further broken down into further categories, e.g. Czech Fire Polished and possibly even further to bead shape, and then by size.

Product images

CGM beads has made every effort in photographing products that they represent the item accurately, unfortunately with different monitors displaying colours differently, CGM beads cannot guarantee the colours will be accurate on screen.

All photos of products are displayed as large as possible to give the best detail and are therefore not to scale.

Searching

A search box is located in the top right, you can search for any word you like, e.g. Czech, Swarovski, 10mm and all products containing those words will be displayed.

Immediately below this box is also located a colour search box. Choose the colour from the drop down list to display all products in that colour category.
